Mark W. Shepherd has been with the firm since 1980. He is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, and of the University of Minnesota Law School. He has been the City Attorney for the City of Worthington, Minnesota, since 1984. His practice emphasis is in the areas of workers compensation and social security claims. He is also experienced in real estate and municipal law. Mr. Shepherd is a Past President of the Worthington YMCA and past president of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
