R. Von Holtum graduated from St. Mary's College, Winona, Minnesota
and the University of Minnesota Law School. He was admitted to practice
in 1961 and joined the firm in 1964 after military service. He practices
primarily in the areas of personal injury, estate planning, real estate,
and banking. |

| James
E. Malters
graduated from St. Johns University, Collegeville, Minnesota, and
the University of Minnesota Law School. He has been with the firm
since 1979. Mr. Malters is also admitted to practice in South Dakota
and Iowa, in addition to Minnesota. He is certified in Minnesota as
a civil litigation specialist and was named a Leading Minnesota Attorney
in 1997. He was named "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Law and
Politics, and is co-author of the Minnesota Cause of Action Manual.
His practice is devoted to the areas of personal injury and products
liability. Mr. Malters currently serves on the Governmental Affairs
Committee and the Convention and Visitors Bureau of the Worthington
Area Chamber of Commerce. |
